BCM Real Estate are delighted to have finished 2024 with a flourish having acted on behalf of Global Holdings UK in their purchase of 10 Great Pulteney Street, London, W1 from Boohoo Group PLC in the sum of £49.5 million. The transaction was agreed and contracts exchanged very quickly with completion taking place on 23rd December 2024.

BCM Real Estate have acquired the Freehold Interest in Union House, Oxford on behalf of private clients Union House 12-16 St Michael's Street Ltd, a company backed by a US investor and connected to the adjoining OEPC on behalf of whom we recently acquired Northgate Hall, Oxford from Oxford City Council.

The vendor was Aureus (St Michael's) Limited who undertook a comprehensive refurbishment of the building. The ground floor is let to Societycafe.
