BCM Real Estate are delighted to have finished 2024 with a flourish having acted on behalf of Global Holdings UK in their purchase of 10 Great Pulteney Street, London, W1 from Boohoo Group PLC in the sum of £49.5 million. The transaction was agreed and contracts exchanged very quickly with completion taking place on 23rd December 2024.

Richmond - ACQUISITION
BCM Real Estate have recently advised GWP on the purchase of Peregrine House, 26-30 Paradise Road, Richmond-Upon-Thames. This 11,000 sq ft office will be comprehensively refurbished with completion due in Q4 2024.
