BCM Real Estate Ltd is a commercial property investment agency, specialising in the acquisition and disposal of commercial properties in all sectors throughout the UK. A creative and analytical approach to property is the cornerstone of our business. We consider single properties, multi-let opportunities, portfolios and development funding. We specialise in capital markets, strategic land and development. All directors of the team are members of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and each director has circa 30 years experience.

The team has a strong reputation within the property industry, through the cultivation of many longstanding relationships with Investment Funds, Property Companies, Private Investors, Banks and Corporate clients. We believe in providing clear and concise advice, taking into account an understanding of the client's business strategy and our knowledge of different property markets. This has resulted in many instances of repeat business, which we believe shows satisfaction amongst our client base.

Philip Cooper is a qualified Chartered Surveyor who began his career at Schroders in 1985 and then joined Weatherall Green & Smith in 1986. Philip formed BCM Ltd in 1996
